5K & 10K:
14 & under | 15-19 | 20-24 | 25-29 | 30-34 | 35-39 | 40-44 | 45-49 | 50-54 | 55-59 | 60-64 | 65-69 I 70-74 I 75-79 I 80-84 I 85 and over

Cadillac Adventure Triathlon:
14-19 | 20-24 | 25-29 | 30-34 | 35-39 | 40-44 | 45-49 | 50-54 | 55-59 | 60-64 | 65-69 I 70-74 I 75-79 I 80-84 I 85 and over

Stand Up Paddleboard:
The SUP will race the same triangle course as the Kayak portion of the Adventure Triathlon (see map below). Timing will be done via a timing chip for accuracy. First place awards only for this event in all age groups for both male and female categories.

SUP Age groups are as follows:
15-25 | 26-35 | 36-45 | 46-55 | 55 & over

Kids Fun Run:
This race lets everyone in on the fun! These age appropriate distances provide fun for the racers and great photo ops for parents and grandparents. Start the running flame in your future Olympian. All racers receive a runners bib and a “finishers medal.” The Kids Fun Run and events are free.

2016 is the 44th year of the 10K, the longest continually running 10K in Michigan. The “festival” will include vendors and live music. Come join us!
